- ➤ Kody Lane Talley, a Williamson County man, was arrested on five counts of manslaughter on Monday for a July 25 crash — his 2018 Ram 4500 left its lane on U.S. 281 near Park Road 4 and struck multiple vehicles, causing five deaths — and he was booked into the Burnet County Jail. CBS Austin
