ACCIDENTS NEWS

  • On Monday morning, crews contained a gas leak on the 4100 block of Chert Drive in Round Rock — emergency officials urged residents to avoid the area as they worked to address the leak.  CBS Austin

GOVERNMENT NEWS

  • Travis County Judge Andy Brown announced that Travis County CARES + Williamson County CARES will distribute an additional $3.35M to households impacted by the July Fourth weekend flooding; applications remain open until January 31.  CBS Austin
  • Round Rock Parks and Recreation was honored with two TRAPS Central Region awards — the Department Marketing Award for its 'Thor Knows RRTX is Worthy' campaign and the Advocate of the Year Award on behalf of its community partner Casey’s Circle.
