  • Beginning October 20, Park Lane will be closed from South Burnet Street to Lake Creek pool for crews to bore under the railroad tracks south of East McNeil Road—this closure is expected to last roughly eight to 10 weeks while the low-water crossing southwest of Lake Creek Pool opens to allow access to the Round Rock Dog Depot.  City of Round Rock
