  • Friends of the Round Rock Public Library is hosting an art show fundraiser called 'Caring for Community Through Art' from September 2 to 30 at Level 3 of the library to raise funds by selling artwork. A reception will be held on September 8 at 6:30 p.m. in Meeting Room A and B—everyone is welcome to attend.  City of Round Rock
  • The Central Texas Community Foundation began accepting flood relief fund applications to help those impacted by July 4 floods along Big Sandy Creek and Cow Creek in Travis and Williamson Counties, aiming to raise $10 million while county officials plan recovery and housing solutions. Matching funds (worth $100,000) will support the effort as applications stay open for several weeks.  CBS Austin
