Good morning, Round Rock.

Round Rock is accepting nominations through June 30 for its Local Legends program (honoring individuals, businesses, and organizations with over 30 years of impact) tied directly to the city's founding; honorees will be recognized by the Historic Preservation Commission.

Williamson County emergency officials issued a shelter-in-place order Wednesday for residents near Maritime Way & South Great Oaks Drive in Round Rock due to a gas leak, advising them to remain indoors until further instructions are provided.

Tropical moisture from Tropical Storm Cristina and a rare late-season cold front are set to bring heavy rain to Round Rock later this week (soils are saturated and flash flooding may occur).
