- ➤ Round Rock will hold public hearings—June 12 at 6:00 p.m.—in City Council Chambers to review annexation and zoning change proposals submitted by LJA Engineering on behalf of local property owners. The proposals seek to annex 2.67 and 230.08 acres, amend the 2030 Comprehensive Plan for 76.66 acres of residential use, and adjust zoning for 230.08 acres. City of Round Rock
