- ➤ A 26-year-old man from Manor, Darius Sebastian Hatcher, was arrested May 14 in Round Rock for capital murder charges after he shot two men during a custody exchange at an East Austin apartment complex on April 20 — the victims, Shamar Roach, 24, and Kendrick Parker, 32, were pronounced dead at the scene.
