Good morning, Round Rock.

Round Rock Parks and Recreation Department launches Trailside Market this June at Memorial Park — a new outdoor market that will run Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. through October and let locals shop for fresh produce, handmade goods and art along the Heritage Trail.

Unofficial results show that Rene Flores and Hilda Montgomery won seats on the Round Rock City Council; Montgomery defeated Emran Rouf with roughly 65% of the votes and Flores ran unopposed.

The votes will be canvassed on May 14—after which a swearing-in ceremony is scheduled.
