- ➤ Round Rock ISD completed final paperwork on March 27 and now owns the former Legal Zoom offices at 9900 Spectrum Drive to create a districtwide CTE and innovation center. The district paid $37.75 million—a saving of about $9 million compared to market value—and will soon contract an architect to design spaces for expanded technical education programs and district operations.
