Texas is tightening hemp product rules today, requiring consumable items to come from legal hemp (lab-tested to contain 0.3% Delta-9 THC or less) and banning most smokable products.

Businesses must supply test results and limit sales to customers 21+ while licensing fees increase to $5,000 per location.

Tonight, Round Rock Express starts their season with Express Opening Day at Dell Diamond—presented by Dell Technologies—with pregame activities including a Bud Light Tailgate, H-E-B Crawfish Boil, a ceremonial first pitch and a fireworks show.
