- ➤ Round Rock City Council approved an economic development agreement that lets Ruby Hotel extend Heritage Trail East over Brushy Creek by purchasing a 1.028-acre property at 408 Fannin Avenue, redeveloping part for a 4,000-square-foot event center, and selling a portion to the City for $750,000 as a future trail bridge landing — the City will provide a four-year, $2.65 million loan and incentive payments through 2029 to support downtown growth.
